This is the keynote followed by a half-day working session where your team applies the Khoric Framework to a real challenge from your own product.

The keynote gives your team the language. The workshop gives them the practice. Your team brings a product decision they have been circling. Together, we find out whether the problem is a product paradigm problem or a khoric one, and what to do about it.

Your team will leave with

  • A decision they have been avoiding and the language to make it.
  • A shared understanding of which parts of their product to finish and which parts to protect.
  • A practical distinction between friction and resistance applied to their own work.

Format

Keynote (45 min) + workshop (3 hours). For teams of 6 to 20. Everyone in the room works, including leadership. This is not a session where the team works while the boss watches.
